“Better Off”

"Better Off" iron-cast sculpture from Spring 2022. The Teddy bear mold was made from a gift from my ex, which was then cast into with iron. The bear was painted brown, the eyes and nose were painted black, and the heart was painted red. Glaze was then applied to all pieces for a shine. This piece was also displayed in LSU’s Student Union Art Gallery for the “Metals in May” exhibition.
